The rapid convergence of artificial intelligence, immersive technologies and next-generation networking paradigms has given birth to the idea of Connected Intelligence, a wholesome paradigm that extends past the traditional standalone AI systems. In the given paper, a novel Connected Intelligence framework is put forward, which will contribute to enhancing the operations of IT with the aid of Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR), edge-based artificial intelligence, Quality of Experience (QoE)-based network slicing, and intelligent authentication. The proposed framework is useful in the augmented need of real-time decision- making, access control, and dynamism of system optimization in the constantly complex digital infrastructures. The key aspect of the framework is the multi-layered architecture, which incorporates the edge intelligence and immersive visualization, with which IT operators can interact with the environments of the systems in real time and receive context-based guidance. Edge AI modules reduce latency and allow local data processing, and reinforcement learning and hybrid optimization techniques to dynamically allocate network resources based on QoE requirements. In parallel, behavioral biometrics and context aware smart authentication systems can be employed to enhance the security of the system without affecting the usability. The framework also involves utilization of semantic intelligence models to aid proper interpretation of the information and decision support to boost the accuracy and responsiveness of operations. The proposed solution overcomes the main issues of scalability, latency, and cybersecurity related to modern IT environments through the combination of these different technological elements into a single ecosystem. This will also contribute to the development of Connected Intelligence because this work will offer a comprehensive, scalable and secure AR/VR-based IT operations. The results indicate that immersive technologies can be used to supplement state-of-the-art enterprise systems and digital infrastructure management by integrating immersive technologies with intelligent network and security systems.
